Lemon Bottle Guide:
Fat-Dissolving Treatment, Protocol & Aftercare
How Lemon Bottle aesthetic lipolysis works, treatment areas and typical volumes, session protocol, what to expect, aftercare and safety. Educational reference — professional use only.
Lemon Bottle is an aqueous lipolysis (fat-dissolving) solution used aesthetically to reduce small, stubborn pockets of localised fat. It is administered by injection directly into the subcutaneous fat of the treatment area — it works only where it is placed, making it a precision contouring tool rather than a whole-body treatment. This is a professional aesthetic product; treatments should be performed by a trained practitioner.
Route
Localised subcutaneous injection into the target fat pocket, by a trained practitioner.
Sessions
Typically a course of 2–4 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, depending on the area and desired result.
Composition
A fat-metabolising blend of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Lecithin and Bromelain — Lecithin emulsifies fat, Bromelain aids breakdown and clearance, and Riboflavin acts as an antioxidant carrier.

Lemon Bottle is built around a blend of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Lecithin and Bromelain. When injected into the subcutaneous fat layer, Lecithin (a phospholipid emulsifier) helps break down and mobilise fat cells (adipocytes), Bromelain (a proteolytic enzyme derived from pineapple) supports their breakdown and clearance while helping to reduce swelling, and Riboflavin acts as an antioxidant carrier that supports the process and reduces oxidative stress in the treated area. It works only where it is placed — a precision contouring tool, not a whole-body treatment.
Targeted & Local
Unlike systemic weight-loss peptides that act on the whole body, Lemon Bottle works only in the area where it is injected. This makes it suited to defined, stubborn pockets — a double chin, jowls, bra rolls, or a small stubborn area of the abdomen or flanks — rather than overall weight reduction.
| Area | Typical Volume / Session | Notes |
| Double chin (submental) | 2–5 ml | One of the most popular areas; results build over sessions. |
| Jowls / lower face | 1–3 ml | Smaller, precise dosing. |
| Bra rolls / armpit fat | 5–10 ml | Per side depending on size. |
| Abdomen / flanks (small area) | 5–10 ml | For defined pockets, not large-volume reduction. |
| Arms / inner thigh (small area) | 5–10 ml | Assess area size at consultation. |
Volumes are general aesthetic-practice ranges, not a prescription. Actual dosing is decided by the treating practitioner based on the area, tissue and goal.
01
Consultation & assessment
Confirm the area is suitable (a discrete fat pocket, not loose skin or large-volume fat), review contraindications, and take before photos.
02
Clean & mark
Cleanse and mark the treatment area. A grid pattern helps space the injection points evenly.
03
Inject into subcutaneous fat
Small aliquots are injected across the marked points into the fat layer, using the volume appropriate to the area.
04
Space sessions
Allow 2–4 weeks between sessions for swelling to settle and results to develop before reassessing.
05
Course of treatment
Most areas need 2–4 sessions. Larger or more stubborn pockets may need more.
Some swelling, redness, tenderness, warmth or firmness in the treated area for a few days is normal and expected — it is part of the fat-breakdown and clearance process. Results develop gradually over the weeks following each session as the body clears the broken-down fat.
- Expect swelling and tenderness for 2–5 days; it settles on its own.
- Avoid intense heat (sauna, hot yoga), alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Stay well hydrated and keep the area clean.
- Do not massage aggressively unless advised by your practitioner.
- Results build over 2–4 weeks; assess before the next session.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Known allergy to any component (riboflavin, lecithin/soy or bromelain/pineapple).
- Active infection or broken skin in the treatment area.
- Bleeding disorders or use of blood thinners (practitioner assessment needed).
- Autoimmune conditions or significant health conditions — clear with a doctor first.
- Unrealistic expectations, or a request to treat large-volume fat (this is for defined pockets, not weight loss).
🚨
When to Seek Care
Spreading redness, increasing pain, pus, fever, or any reaction that worsens rather than settles may signal infection or an allergic reaction and needs prompt medical attention. This page is not emergency advice.
Is Lemon Bottle a weight-loss treatment?
No. It is a localised fat-dissolving (lipolysis) treatment for defined, stubborn pockets — a contouring tool, not a method for overall weight loss.
How many sessions will I need?
Most areas respond to 2–4 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Larger or more stubborn areas may need more. Your practitioner will reassess between sessions.
Does it hurt / is there downtime?
There is minor discomfort during injection and expected swelling and tenderness for a few days afterwards. Most people return to normal activity quickly, avoiding heat and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
When will I see results?
Results develop gradually over the weeks after each session as the body clears the broken-down fat. It is cumulative across the course.
