LA LAB supplies synthetic research compounds for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. These products are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, or veterinary use. By registering and placing orders you acknowledge and accept this condition.
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase, possess, and resell research compounds in your jurisdiction within the Republic of South Africa.
Nothing on this portal or in LA LAB's communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. LA LAB does not endorse any specific use of these products. You may not make any therapeutic, medical, or health claims when marketing these products.
All orders are processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Banking details are provided after your order is placed. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. LA LAB reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after 48 hours.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. LA LAB is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly dispatched products reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned goods in original condition.
What we collect: full name, email address, phone number, city/province, social media profile, South African ID document, and financial records (orders, commissions, balance).
Why we collect it: to manage your partner account, process orders, credit commissions, and comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis: performance of the Partner Agreement (contract) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
Your ID document is stored securely in Google Firebase Storage. It is accessed only by LA LAB admin for identity verification during the application review process.
Third-party processor: Google Firebase (Google LLC) stores all data. Firebase servers may be located outside the Republic of South Africa. Google LLC maintains appropriate safeguards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Retention: Application records are kept for 3 years after rejection or account closure. Reseller account records (including financial history) are retained for 5 years after your last transaction, then deleted or anonymised. ID documents are deleted upon completion of the application review.
Your rights under POPIA: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To submit a request: email info@lalabpeptides.co.za with the subject "POPIA Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
