1. Products & Permitted Use
LA LAB supplies synthetic research compounds for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. These products are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, or veterinary use. By registering and placing orders you acknowledge and accept this condition.
2. Age & Eligibility
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase, possess, and resell research compounds in your jurisdiction within the Republic of South Africa.
3. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this portal or in LA LAB's communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. LA LAB does not endorse any specific use of these products. You may not make any therapeutic, medical, or health claims when marketing these products.
4. Payment Terms
All orders are processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Banking details are provided after your order is placed. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. LA LAB reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after 48 hours.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. LA LAB is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly dispatched products reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned goods in original condition.
7. Privacy & Personal Information (POPIA)
What we collect: full name, email address, phone number, city/province, social media profile, South African ID document, and financial records (orders, commissions, balance).
Why we collect it: to manage your partner account, process orders, credit commissions, and comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis: performance of the Partner Agreement (contract) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
Your ID document is stored securely in Google Firebase Storage. It is accessed only by LA LAB admin for identity verification during the application review process.
Third-party processor: Google Firebase (Google LLC) stores all data. Firebase servers may be located outside the Republic of South Africa. Google LLC maintains appropriate safeguards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Retention: Application records are kept for 3 years after rejection or account closure. Reseller account records (including financial history) are retained for 5 years after your last transaction, then deleted or anonymised. ID documents are deleted upon completion of the application review.
Your rights under POPIA: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To submit a request: email info@lalabpeptides.co.za with the subject "POPIA Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability
LA LAB's liability is limited to the rand value of the specific order in dispute. LA LAB is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
9. Partner Programme Rules
- 9.1 Marketing: You may only market LA LAB products as "for research purposes only". You must not make any therapeutic, medical, or health claims in any marketing material, social media post, or verbal communication.
- 9.2 Commission: Commission is calculated at your current tier rate and credited to your account balance when LA LAB marks your order as "Shipped". Rates: Bronze 20% | Silver 25% | Gold 30% | Platinum 35%.
- 9.3 Balance Redemption: Your accumulated balance may only be applied as a discount on future orders. No cash payouts will be made under any circumstances.
- 9.4 Tier Progression: Tiers are based on cumulative total sales since joining. Thresholds: Silver from R50 000 | Gold from R120 000 | Platinum from R250 000. To maintain a tier, a minimum monthly sales threshold must be met (Silver R8 000 | Gold R20 000 | Platinum R40 000). Two consecutive months below the minimum results in a one-tier reduction.
- 9.5 Tax & Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, business registrations, and compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
- 9.6 Brand Integrity: You may not sub-license your partner status, sell below LA LAB's recommended retail pricing, or take any action that could damage the LA LAB brand or reputation.
- 9.7 Termination: LA LAB reserves the right to terminate your partnership and forfeit any accumulated balance in the event of a material breach of these rules, with written notice where practicable.
- 9.8 Amendments: Commission rates and tier thresholds may be amended with 30 days' written notice to active partners.
