We ship to your registered address. You handle the last step — delivering to or collecting from your client directly. This keeps your client list private, protects your relationships, and means you're in control of the handover. If your clients are remote, you can arrange your own courier.
Yes — completely. You decide what you charge your clients. The partner portal shows retail prices, which is what you pay LA LAB. What you charge your clients on top of that is your business. Many resellers charge retail and keep the commission as their margin. Others charge a small premium for the convenience and guidance they provide.
Not currently. Commission is credited as a balance that reduces the cost of your next order — think of it as a permanent discount that grows with your volume. This model keeps things simple, cash-flow-friendly for both sides, and encourages consistent ordering. If this is a dealbreaker, WhatsApp us — high-volume resellers may be able to negotiate different arrangements.
Tiers upgrade automatically based on your cumulative total orders since joining (not monthly volume). Once your total hits the next threshold, your commission rate upgrades on the next order you place. You can track your progress in the partner dashboard — it shows exactly how far you are from your next tier.
No minimum order. You can place an order for a single product if that's what your client needs. There are no monthly quotas or minimum activity requirements either — your account stays active regardless of how often you order.
Products must be marketed as for research purposes only. You may not claim they treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and you may not make specific health claims. You can share research findings, discuss the science, and describe what compounds are studied for — as long as it's framed as research. LA LAB's own product descriptions are a good guide for tone. When in doubt, less is more.
